2 men charged with stealing, posting nude photos from hacked emails

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The former owner of a notorious "revenge porn" website and another California man have been charged with stealing nude photos from hundreds of hacked email accounts and posting the images online.

The FBI arrested 27-year-old Hunter Moore of Woodland and 25-year-old Charles Evens of Studio City on Thursday.

Evens pleaded not guilty in Los Angeles. Moore appeared in court in Sacramento but didn't enter a plea.

Moore ran a now-defunct website called isanyoneup.com that posted explicit photos, including some submitted by revenge-minded ex-spouses and lovers without permission of the people depicted.

A federal indictment in Los Angeles says Moore paid Evens for nude photos obtained by hacking email accounts.

The men face up to five years in prison if convicted of conspiracy, computer hacking and ID theft.
