Iconic Canadian band Blue Rodeo is making a stop at Penticton's South Okanagan Events Centre as part of their 1000 Arms Tour in 2017.

PENTICTON - A legendary Canadian group that has been making music for three decades is making a stop in Penticton in January.
Blue Rodeo is about to release their 14th studio album and promoting it with a cross-Canada tour in the new year. The only Southern Interior stop on the tour will be at the South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton, according to a media release.
Blue Rodeo is scheduled to play the at the events centre on Tuesday, Jan. 24.
The group’s newest album, "1000 Arms," drops on Friday, Oct. 28 and will be followed by a 30 concert tour beginning Jan.11 in Thunder Bay.
Blue Rodeo has sold more than four million albums and are Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductees. Their hits include “Diamond Mine,” Five Days in May,” “Lost Together,” “Hasn’t Hit me Yet” and “Bad Timing.”
Tickets for the 1000 Arms tour begin selling Friday, Oct. 28. Tickets are available at the Valley First Box Office, by phone at 1-877-763-2849, or online at www.ValleyFirstTix.com. Ticket prices are $33.50, $63.50 and $83.50.
