    KELOWNA - On Monday, June 20, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., utility locates and geotechnical drilling and exploration will occur in Kerry Park.
  • Clifton Road detours for final paving

    Beginning Monday, April 27 at 7 a.m. until April 28 at 6 p.m. the northbound lanes on Clifton Road between Clement and Lambert Avenues will be closed for final paving. The detour route will be marked via Clement Avenue to Glenmore Road.

    On April 29 at 7 a.m. until April 30 at 6 p.m. the southbound lanes will be closed. The detour route will be marked via High Road or Mountain Avenue to Glenmore Road and Clement Avenue.

  • Transit detours for Route No. 7 Glenmore

    Beginning April 27 at 7 a.m. until April 30 after 6 p.m., the No. 7 Glenmore bus will be on detour routing for final paving of Clifton Road between Lambert and Clement Avenues.

    The No. 7 to Orchard Park will take Clement Ave straight to Glenmore Rd.
  • Gellatly boat launch closes next week for improvements

    WEST KELOWNA - The Gellatly Boat Launch will be closed beginning Wednesday, February 4, 2015 for approximately one week as the District improves this popular amenity.

    The improvements include the replacement of concrete ramps on the south side of the launch, addition of a fourth lane, construction of a new south retaining wall and boardwalk to match the north wall and installation of landscaping, decorative lights and additional floating docks.
  • Information session for Clifton Road upgrades

    The City of Kelowna and design consultant Focus Engineering are proposing to begin road and drainage improvements along Clifton Road.

    The public is invited to view the preferred design concept and construction schedule for the four-laning of Clifton Road between Clement and Lambert avenues, including upgrades to sanitary, water, drainage and retaining walls.
