    KELOWNA, BC – Twenty-five finalists will be honoured at the 26th Annual Business Excellence Awards on October 23rd at the Delta Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort and Conference Centre where eight category recipients will be announced, along with the Business Leader of the Year recipient.
  • Kelowna highlights of Sept. 23 City Council meeting

    Awards at UBCM
    Mayor Walter Gray shared information about three awards presented to the City of Kelowna at the Union of British Columbia Municipalities convention last week. The City won the UBCM Community Excellence Award for Best Practices for its mobile service request system. It received the Open for Business Award from the B.C. Small Business Roundtable and a Community Recognition Award from WoodWORKS! B.C. for the use of wood in the new Glenmore Landfill administration building.
