An individual requested that Council consider investing in a Town Crier, who would offer his services to Peachland events for a one- time fee of $1,500; to pay for the purchase of the required uniform. Council referred this individual to the Tourism Promotion Committee (TPC). The TPC has recommended that Council decline the proposal from the Town Crier.
