Justin says his goal is to raise the profile of Match Restaurant and Playtime Casino for guests. He has come up in the hotel world where they paid particular attention to the reviews written by loyal guests and still uses that feedback to improve and provide a quality experience.

“I’m just steering the ship; our hard-working staff are rowing.” — Justin

Via Trip Advisor’s promotion initiative, he promotes recognition for their front of house and back of house staff, and says he’s often pulled aside by guests who want to recognize the staff because of a positive experience at either the casino, or restaurant. One of the best chefs in the region, Dobrosav Kovacevic (a.k.a. Chef Dobi) prepares the menu items, and Justin is grateful to have him on the team.
