YMCA Healthy Kids Day is an annual event where 1,000 YMCA’s across Canada come together to celebrate and promote families being more active together. It’s a seriously fun event with a serious message.

“Last year, Healthy Kids Day was so much fun,” says Geoff Gowe, Program Manager at Kelowna Family YMCA. “We can’t wait to see our community come together again in support of family health—getting kids running around outside and adding some more play into their day.”

YMCA of Okanagan offers proven programs and services which are convenient and can help families live healthy beyond the walls of the Y. Being healthy can be fun and the YMCA is here to help! Financial support is available to ensure everyone can participate.
