Wine festival a 'grape' success

Tasting some dessert wine during the 2014 Festival of the Grape, Sunday Oct. 5 in Oliver.

Wineries from all over the Okanagan set up to sample some of their best vintages, which were well recieved by festival attendees, judging by the comments buzzing from the crowd.

Heats of grape stomping teams pulled up their pant legs and dipped their toes into barrells of grapes, stomping and laughing away—some while dressed up as nuns, muskateers and prisoners.

Here's a look at what went down (other than wine) at the festival, Sunday.
