OTTAWA - Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton, are visiting Canada this fall.
Gov. Gen. David Johnston announced the visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this morning.
Their tour will take them to British Columbia and the Yukon.
It's the royal couple's second visit to Canada. Their first was in 2011 and took them Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Charlottetown, Summerside, Yellowknife, Slave Lake and Calgary.
A detailed itinerary of the tour will be published soon by the Department of Canadian Heritage. There was no immediate word whether the couple's children, George and Charlotte, will accompany them.
