VIDEO: Kamloops artist inspiring fellow grads

KAMLOOPS - A local Thompson Rivers University graduate has some inspiring words for his fellow grads unsure what the future holds.

Timo Sargent, an artist in spoken word poetry, ( posted a video, Chapters Change, to Facebook earlier this week. In the post he says the video is for everyone graduating or transitioning to a new chapter in their life.

“Let's embrace our opportunities and control our futures!!” he writes.

The video, in which Sargent breaks down change and why it is important to embrace it, has already reached a large audience, with nearly 30,000 views and hundreds of shares and reactions.
