ENDERBY - Slowly more details are being released relating to the suspicious deaths of two Enderby residents.

Police responded to a call when the bodies were found inside an Enderby house yesterday, Nov. 18, around noon, Cpl. Janelle Shoihet says in a media release.

The investigation by the Southeast District Major Crime Unit, RCMP, and B.C. Coroners Service is ongoing. The home is located in the 3200 block of Spruce Crescent.

"Although the investigation remains in its infancy, police can confirm the bodies, were that of a female and male, both believed to be residents of the home," Shoihet says. "At this time we do not believe there is any risk to the public."

Shoihet says the B.C. Coroners Service is expected to be on-scene for the remainder of the weekend as the suspicious sudden death investigation continues.
