KELOWNA – It’s ranked as the 17th most expensive property in the Central Okanagan, but if the owners sell it for anywhere near what they’re asking, it would be one of the most valuable homes ever sold in the region.

The home at 1683 Pritchard Drive in West Kelowna is far from Kelowna’s most desirable neighbourhoods with famous homes like the Rock House, but is one of the most impressive homes in the valley.

Built in 2013, this five-bedroom, seven-bathroom lakefront home has a 100-foot beach, 50-foot swimming pool, covered outdoor kitchen and was a finalist for five Tommie Awards from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association.

The 7,248 square foot home was designed by Calgary architect John Haddon who gave it a seamless transition between outside and inside. Features like a formal great room, four fireplaces, marble and white oak flooring and three 11-foot kitchen islands make this one impressive looking home.

The master bedroom has its own fireplace, balcony and laundry room as well as a spa-inspired en suite all overlooking Okanagan Lake.

There is also a three car garage and an office with floor-to-ceiling cherry wood with views of the front courtyard.

In 2015 it was assessed at $5,893,000, however is currently listed for sale at close to $11 million.
