Enjoy the sunshine while you can in the Thompson-Okanagan regions because it’s only going to be around for a couple of days.

The Okanagan looks to be getting the best of the good fall weather with sunny skies forecast by Environment Canada for today, Sept. 23, through Saturday.

Highs are expected to peak at 24 Celsius Saturday before it starts clouding over Saturday night with a 60% chance of showers on Sunday with a high of 19 C.

Kamloops, as usual, will get more heat, with a high of 27 dC forecast for tomorrow.

But it’s predicted to be cloudier than the Okanagan, especially on Saturday. Environment Canada is calling for periods of rain on Sunday but, still, with a high of 23 C.

Despite it now being fall, there’s no expectation of frost in the regions’ cities with overnight lows mostly in the double digits.
