Stars on Ice holiday tour coming to Okanagan in time for Christmas

Stars on Ice is coming to Kelowna for the holiday season.

Elvis Stojko, two-time Olympic silver medalist, three-time world champion and seven-time Canadian champion will be hosting this holiday production, along with a star-studded guest list which includes some of the world’s most prominent figure skaters.

The 2023 Star on Ice Holiday tour stops at Kelowna’s Prospera Place on Dec. 14, with tickets on sale next week.

The tour will feature Stojko’s holiday rendition of the award-winning figure skating show.

The performance will also feature performances by three-time Canadian dance champions and three-time world medalists Kaitlyn Weaver and Andrew Poje; two-time reigning Canadian champion and Olympian Keegan Messing; Olympic silver medalists, world champions and two-time U.S. pair champions Alexa Knierim and Brandon Frazier; two-time world medalist and four-time Japanese champion Satoko Miyahara; three-time Canadian pair champions and Olympians Kirsten Moore-Towers and Michael Marinaro as well as Mariah Bell and Elladj Baldé.

Not only will the figure skating crème-de-la-crème be there, but Kaitlyn Weaver will be choreographing the production for the first time in her career.

Tickets for the Dec. 14 show go on sale Thursday, Oct. 5, online at Select Your Tickets and the Stars on Ice website, which also provides the latest updates on the upcoming show.
