Vancouver police call death of a woman in Stanley Park possibly suspicious

VANCOUVER - Vancouver Police are investigating what they say could be a suspicious death in Stanley Park.

Officers were called to Brockton Oval, just east of the Vancouver Aquarium, at around 6 a.m.

A woman was found in medical distress but Sgt, Randy Fincham says the victim has now died.

Major crimes detectives are at the scene.

The victim's name or cause of death have not been released.
