KAMLOOPS - The chief executive officer of Interior Community Services will attend court next week to face an assault charge.
Kelly Ann Kelland, born 1962, was charged in July with one count of domestic assault stemming from an incident in Monte Creek.
Interior Community Services is a social services organization which provides support to families and individuals in Kamloops.
Kelland was an olympic softball player.
She will return to court Aug. 31.
