KAMLOOPS — A lone man quickly got away after robbing an adult shop on the North Shore just before 10 p.m. Sunday night.

Police say a caucasian man with his face covered by a white winter jacket and wearing blue jeans entered Adultz at 253 Tranquille Rd. just prior to closing. Armed with an X-acto style knife he demanded money from the clerk before fleeing on foot.

Police responded with the dog service but were unable to track the man, who was seen heading northbound. There was a significant amount of foot traffic in the area at the time and RCMP are now asking for anyone with any information about this incident to call the Kamloops detachment at 250-828-3000 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
