Recreation programs during teacher strike

West Kelowna Recreation and Culture and its service delivery partners are offering the following programs for when children during the upcoming school closure on Thursday, June 12.

District of West Kelowna Recreation staff will offer a full-day of recreation programs for kids ages 6 to 12
Lakeview Community Hall, 860 Anders Road
Fee is $32 per day
Thursday, June 12, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Johnson Bentley Memorial Aquatic Centre is offering public swimming for kids ages 6 to 17
1 – 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
Fee is $2.65 (ages 6 to 12) or $3.55 (ages 13 to 17)

Boys and Girls Club will be offering Full Day Child Care programs for kids ages 6 to 12
7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday
Fee is  $34.15 per day
