Penticton's own Shane Koyczan coming home for a sold out show

PENTICTON - Okanagan sensation Shane Koyczan will return to his hometown of Penticton for an already sold out show at the Dream Cafe in December.

Koyczan is one of the Okanagan’s richest artistic talents, most recently performing his show, Stickboy, in Vancouver with the Vancouver Oprea. He is an award-winning spoken-word poet, author and performed best known for his anti-bullying project, To This Day.

Koyczan is currently on his Blue Dot Tour, travelling to cities across Canada to spread the word about environmentally-friendly living. He’s teamed up with names such as David Suzuki, Joel Plaskett, Neil Young and Margaret Atwood, among others.

He will be performing at the Dream Cafe in Penticton on December 19, however the show is already sold out.
