NARAMATA - Naramata is once again home to the Pacific National Exhibition Prize Home Lottery’s grand prize.

A modular home from the West Kelowna company Freeport Industries is spending some time at the PNE in Vancouver before it’s moved up to a lot in Naramata’s Benchlands development. The two-storey house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms according to a floor plan on the lottery's website, as well as rooms currently nicknamed sports lounge, wellness room and nook.

The Benchlands is home to last year’s PNE Home Lottery grand prize as well.

Tickets are on sale for the lottery now, and the draw will take place on Sept. 12.

Jim Treliving, one of the dragons on the CBC investor show Dragon’s Den, is co-owner of one of the firms developing the land.
