VERNON - A man was rushed to hospital after being found with multiple lacerations last night.
Police received a call just after 10 p.m. Monday, June 6, about a man found injured at the corner of 25 Avenue and 41 Street, Const. Jocelyn Noseworthy says in a release.
“The adult male was transported to Vernon Jubilee Hospital by B.C. Ambulance Services. His condition is not known at this time,” she says.
Officers remained on scene as of roughly 3 a.m., and the alley between 25 Avenue and 26 Avenue between 43 Street and 41 Street was cordoned off.
“The public is being asked to avoid the area until police have completed their investigation,” Noseworthy says.
