Lamb of God coming to the South Okanagan

PENTICTON - Heavy metal rockers Lamb of God will headline a June concert in Penticton, one of only a few Canadian stops on their North American tour.

Lamb of God, nominated for a Grammy Award for best metal performance, their fifth nomination, kicks off its tour on April 30 and will stop at the South Okanagan Events Centre on June 2, along with Clutch and Corrosion of Conformity.

Penticton is one of only two B.C. stops currently on the tour, with a June 1 stop scheduled for Vancouver.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m., Friday, Feb. 12, though pre-sale tickets for fan club members begins today, Feb. 9.
