KAMLOOPS - B.C's newest multimillionaire will claim their $50 million lottery prize in Kamloops Tuesday morning.
The Lotto Max winner from Kelowna, June Bergh, is scheduled to accept a cheque at the B.C. Lottery Corporation headquarters in Kamloops at 10 a.m., April 12.
There was one winning ticket for the $50 million jackpot in Friday night's Lotto Max draw and it was sold in Kelowna.
This is the second big lottery win in Kelowna this year. Robert Goertzen won roughly $22 million in a Lotto 6/49 draw in February.
The winning ticket for the $5-million Lotto 6/49 draw on Saturday, April 9, was purchased in Vernon.
