Interior BC Council on Aging town hall meeting

The Interior BC Council on Aging Invites you to a Town Hall Meeting

The purpose of the Council on Aging is to bring awareness to and offer possible solutions for issues affecting an aging population through research and by drawing on the knowledge and experience within relevant sections of the community. With the widening gap between what government thinks seniors need and want, and the services actually being delivered is part of this discussion.

“We offer the opportunity of a nonpartisan voice that will go above grassroots organizations”

The Council on Aging is seeking feedback and collaboration to help us structure the Council in a way that best meets the needs of today’s growing senior population. If you are a senior, family member, business or community service provider working with or promoting awareness of seniors’ issues and supports and share a desire to work collaboratively to identify solutions and make recommendations, then the Council steering committee wants to hear from you.
