VERNON - A woman last seen five days ago has been reported missing and police are concerned for her well-being.

Ashley Marie Simpson was reported missing on Saturday after not having been in contact with friends and family since Wednesday, April 27, according to an RCMP release.

Friends and family say it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long.

RCMP say inquiries have already been made at all locations she is known to frequent and she has yet to be located.

Simpson is described as Caucasian, 27 years old, 5’5” tall and 119 lbs. with brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with information on Simpson’s whereabouts is asked to call the nearest RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
