At 10:15 p.m. the man entered the hotel, brandished what a news release called "a black handgun-looking firearm" at the clerk behind the desk, then went straight to a cash drawer, took money and ordered the clerk into a back room before leaving. No one was injured.

Police and a police dog couldn't find him.

The suspect was wearing a balaclava, a black hoodie, black Adidas track pants with white stripes down the leg, and carrying a greyish-black backpack.
