PENTICTON - Penticton RCMP are investigating the theft of two very expensive bicycles overnight.
RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth says a Specialized raw carbon fibre mountain bike was stolen from the roof rack of a vehicle parked on Wiltse Boulevard sometime last night, Sept. 18 or early this morning.
The bicycle is valued at $10,000.
Police are also investigating the theft of a 21 speed, grey, Specialized cross trail mountain bike, also stolen overnight, but this time from the Lakeside Resort.
The bike bears the serial number WSBC60B201196J.
