UPDATE: Highway 97 reopens following collision

WESTWOLD – Highway 97 reopened at 7:03 p.m. yesterday evening after a crash closed the highway in both directions. 

The highway was closed for three hours, about five kilometres north of Westwold.

According to Drive B.C., detours were available on Highway 97A, Highway 97B or Highway 1.

For the most up to date road conditions, always check Drive B.C.
