SALMON ARM - Police are asking for the public's help in finding a senior who is missing from his care home for four days.

Christopher Allbury, 70, was last seen at 1:30 a.m. May 6 when he was dropped off at his care home facility, Salmon Arm RCMP Cpl. Dave Tyreman says in a release.

"The care home staff and police are most concerned for Christopher’s well-being as he suffers from mental health issues and dementia," he says.

He is described as 6’1" tall, 190 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing pyjama bottoms and a shirt.

If you see him, please call 911.

— This story was updated at 10 a.m., May 11, 2016, to correct Christopher Allbury's age. RCMP originally stated he is 60 years old, he is actually 70.
