The three men accused in the 2011 murder of infamous gangster Jonathan Bacon in Kelowna are expected to appear in a Kelowna courtroom this morning to set trial dates.

Jujhar Khun-Khun, Michael Kerry Hunter Jones and Jason Thomas McBride are each charged with first degree murder and four counts of attempted murder in the death of Bacon.

Bacon was shot and killed on March 14, 2011 outside the Delta Grand Hotel in Kelowna, in what is believed to be a gangland assasination. Khun-Khun, Jones, McBride and one other man are alleged to have opened fire on Bacon that afternoon. The fourth suspect died earlier this year in a Surrey shooting.
