KELOWNA - Police are seeking public assistance identifying five people caught on video tagging an area downtown.
Surveillance video taken at 1:50 a.m. December 15, shows a female and four males walking near the Delta Grand Okanagan on Water Street. A can of white spray paint is pulled out and the hotel, sidewalk and parking metres outside the hotel and all the way to the Dolphin statue are tagged.
