Some of the best young vocal talent in the Southern Okanagan returns for an unforgettable evening of contemporary music. From popular covers to original songwriting, Southern Okanagan Secondary School students performing at Rising Stars will be sure to capture your heart.
This years show features Fanilo Adrianasolo, Maya Baerg, Mckenna Burns, Olivia Goncalves, Jordyn Koteles, Madison Pearce, Ethan Pearle, Abbygail Wolfe, as well as student bands Commonplace and The Mudrats.
?Last year the audience delighted in soulful renditions of songs by Otis Redding, Frank Sinatra, and Dolly Parton, to name but a few. Backed by impressive instrumentalists, they wowed the crowds with their vocal complexity, gorgeous harmonies, and captivating emotional expression. Be sure not to miss what promises to be an exceptional lineup of performing artists.
