Former Target location in Kamloops remains vacant a year later

KAMLOOPS - It’s been nearly a year since the now-defunct Target Canada closed up 133 stores across the country and while some store locations have painted over the red and refreshed the space with new business, that is not the case for the void left at Kamloops' Sahali Mall.

KAMLOOPS - Commercial space vacancy in Kamloops is the highest it has been in the last three years but market analysts at a local real estate firm suggest the percentage is based solely on the thousands of square footage left empty by the now-defunct Target Canada in Sahali Mall.
