Second building of new industrial development ready by fall

The company has already provided 100 full-time jobs and expects this to increase up to 400 when fully operational.

The second building will be multi-tenant and 50 per cent of the available space has been pre-leased. The two buildings are both ± 60,000 sf and are part of what will eventually be a seven or eight building industrial park once the project is complete. The 35-acre property will afford the opportunity for future buildings, including build-to-suit opportunities.
