WILD WEDNESDAY: Cougars thrive during the winter in B.C.

Unlike some animals that hibernate or migrate for the cold winter months, cougars keep busy in the snow.

In this week's episode of Wild Wednesday, WildSafeBC shows us how predators like cougars and wolves do well in the winter months. 

"Deep snow and lack of food leaves the prey weakened and it makes for easier hunting for the predator," WildSafeBC says in a post to its Facebook page.
