Why you may have received a mysterious mesh bag from the City of Kamloops

Some Kamloops residents have received mesh bags in the mail, sent from the Civic Operations Centre.

A mysterious mesh bag mailed by the City of Kamloops had many residents scratching their heads this week.

The white mesh bag has a draw string, and comes without any note in an envelope addressed from the Civic Operations Centre.

As it turns out, it's a reusable produce bag to be used instead of plastic when purchasing fruits and vegetables.
