Fire ripped through this West Kelowna garage this morning.

A detached garage was fully engulfed in flame when West Kelowna Fire Rescue crews arrived at about 4:30 a.m. today, Dec. 21.
The fire was in the 900 block of Lloyd Jones Dr. and crews quickly knocked down the flames and prevented it from spreading to the nearby home.
The residents left the home safely and stayed with neighbours while crews were battling the blaze.
There were two vehicles inside the garage.
The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time but, according to a fire department news release, it does not appear to be suspicious in nature.
Fire investigators will return to the scene for a more thorough examination in daylight, the release said.
