KAMLOOPS - The RCMP have issued an alert that a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant may still be in the Kamloops area.
Hugh Alexander McIntosh, 45, is considered at large after failing to report to his community based residential facility July 22. Police say McIntosh has an extensive criminal history involving violence, firearms and weapons offences and is likely involved in drug use. He may be addressed as Alex, Hammer, Thumper and Wheels.
McIntosh is described as 5'8", 190 lbs, brown balding hair and green eyes. He has tattoos of a scorpion on his left thumb, a gargoyle with a dagger on his right arm, flames with a skull on his left forearm, skulls on his left hand, the name Coleen with wings on his right forearm and Led Zepplin on his left hand.
