The Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre proudly presents Peter Pan on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at 2:00pm at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre. Peter Pan is the first performance in the Society’s 2016/17 Kids series.

Since 1992, the "Nearly World Famous" DuffleBag Theatre has become one of the most celebrated companies at festivals and schools across the country. You don't just watch a DuffleBag Theatre show; This unpredictable performance is a truly unique interactive theatrical experience where the dream of living a fairy tale actually does come true!

The DuffleBag actors begin the retelling their original adaptations of select fairy tales and Shakespearean classics full of wit and humour. Just when the audience becomes enthralled by the story - a twist is created! Before your very eyes, audience members are asked to come up on stage and join in the action.

Experience this classic story in which Peter Pan and his faithful friend Tinkerbell guide siblings Wendy, John and Michael through great adventures in Never-Never Land, all the while avoiding the dastardly Captain Hook.

DuffleBag Theatre brings their signature sense of fun, innovation, and participation that audiences (nearly) the world over have come to expect: a hilarious experience for all ages.

Tickets for Peter Pan are $12 for all seats. Call the Ticket Seller at 250-549-SHOW (7469) or go online for tickets and more information. Recommended for ages 5+.

The Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre thanks the following sponsors for their generous support: Holiday Inn Express, Valley Medical Labs, the Vernon Morning Star, the Okanagan Advertiser, the British Columbia Arts Council, the Regional District of the North Okanagan and the Government of Canada.
