Kalamalka Secondary School graduates are getting free chicken wings and some words of encouragement to celebrate the end of their high school journey.

Wings Vernon, Centennial Foodservices and The Emily Dahl Foundation are providing the wings and words to the 2020 graduates.

"We wish all graduates in Vernon all the best and encourage all grads to stay hungry, stay foolish  - and most importantly don't worry, be happy," said Kristina Tobler, chairman of The Emily Dahl Foundation, in a news release.

Free wings are being offered to every 2020 Kalamalka Secondary School graduate.
