The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen may have just the position you’re looking for.
The regional district is currently advertising a variety of jobs, both full time and part time, according to its website.
They include:

Head lifeguard at Keremeos swimming pool, temporary full-time

Lifeguard/swim instructor, temporary part-time

Projects coordinator, regular part-time

Planner 1, regular full-time

Labourer, parks and facilities, regular, part-time

Labourer, parks and facilities, seasonal
Erick Thompson with the regional district says they don't normally have that many job vacancies all at the same time.
“I think it’s a combination of factors, a couple of vacancies opened up, and of course summer activities are starting to ramp up," Thompson said. "Hiring does have its own ebb and flow.”
