If you bought a Lotto 6/49 ticket in Maple Ridge last year you might want to check your numbers before the ticket expires.

An unclaimed lottery ticket worth $1 million is expiring at midnight on Sept. 28, according to a BC Lottery Corporation media release issued today, Aug. 15.

The lottery corporation is asking players who purchased a ticket for the Sept. 28, 2022, draw to check their tickets for the winning Gold Ball Draw number 12299795-01.

All lottery winners have one year from the draw date to claim their prize. The winner’s name and where they purchased their winning ticket is announced after the winner claims their prize.

Players can check their tickets at any BCLC lottery retailer in B.C., anytime online or by downloading the BCLC Lotto! App here.
