A West Kelowna prospector and his Vancouver Island friend recently spotted people trying to take gold from their claim.
The video was published on Facebook, May 9, and has been seen 11 million times.
Paul LaRouche, known as PioneerPauly for his gold-panning videos, as well as Dan Hurd from West Kelowna, have thousands of followers on their YouTube channels.
They recorded the video of the alleged claim jumpers and called the RCMP.
