A UBC professor is using TikTok to combat misinformation around COVID-19.

Anna Blakney, assistant professor in UBC’s Michael Smith Laboratories and school of biomedical engineering, has gathered 218,000 followers on the social media platform, using quirky videos to discuss masks, social distancing, vaccines and more.
