El Diablo, the grouse also known as Sun Peaks devil, looked grumpy when it was caught on video at the ski resort.
An 11-second clip shows El Diablo standing its ground despite being in close proximity to Sean Comeault, the man recording the video.
El Diablo has become increasingly famous in recent years as signs put up by the resort's ski patrol have drawn attention to the grouse. Residents also regularly share their encounters with the bird at it chases them down the mountain.
