KELOWNA - A pickup truck and four of six sleds reported missing out of Kelowna were recently recovered by RCMP and they hope someone has information to help them locate the other two.

The theft from the 1900 block of Underhill Street in Kelowna of the white Ford F350, Wells Cargo trailer and six snowmobiles, all with Saskatchewan plates, was reported Dec. 23, 2014, and happened during the night, according to an RCMP media release.

A tip from the public helped Mounties locate the stolen items in Penticton on Dec. 31. They were found at a residence in 2700 block of Marron Valley Road. So far, no arrests have been made.

The two remaining snowmobiles police are searching for are a 2006 grey Ski-Doo Freestyle 300 with a 121 inch track and a 2007 grey Ski-Doo Freestyle 550 with a 136 inch track.

After locating a pickup truck and four sleds, Mounties are on the lookout for a 2006 Ski-Doo Freestyle 300, January 5, 2015.
