Three men are in custody and one man is in hospital recovering from a gunshot early this morning in Kamloops' North Shore.
Police said they were called to a fight near Tranquille Road and Yew Street around 4:20 a.m.. By the time they got there, they found a man in his 30s had been shot. He was taken to hospital in serious condition, according to a release from Kamloops RCMP's Cpl. Jodi Shelkie. The three men were arrested at the scene.
"The investigation is in its infancy with Kamloops Serious Crime Unit taking the lead," Shelkie said.
No further information was released.
