The federal election campaign is well underway with just over two weeks until election day.
Local candidates vying for your vote have been going door-to-door, putting up election signs, posting to social media and attending the occasional all candidates forum. The party leaders have been crisscrossing the country holding rallies, media opportunities and speaking with voters.
Here's a look back at the third week of the federal election campaign.

The leaders of the top three parties spent time in B.C. this week which is considered a battleground province with 43 seats up for grabs. When the election was called the seats in the province were divided almost evenly between the three parties.

Liberal leader Mark Carney met with Premier David Eby to talk about the trade war with the United States, specifically the impacts on the softwood lumber industry. They talked about building more homes with mass timber and creating value-added wood products for the Canadian and international markets.
Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre made a campaign stop in Terrace to announce a plan to speed up approvals for major resource projects that includes a single office to co-ordinate project approvals across all levels of government. Poilievre promised to approve 10 projects including a liquefied natural gas project in northern B.C.

NDP leader Jagmeet Singh announced a plan to limit foreign, corporate and speculative home buying. Also while in Vancouver, he met with striking workers on a picket line. In Victoria, he met with Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs grand chief Stewart Philip.
Social media
Canada's celebrity interviewer extraordinaire Nardwuar the Human Serviette approaches party leaders to see if they'll do an interview. So far this election, Liberal leader Carney and NDP leader Singh agreed.
TV host and producer Camila Gonzalez had a "sit-down" with Conservative leader Poilievre and his wife Ana in The C Suite.
Forums
Want to get a close up look at the candidates vying for your vote? Here are some options.
The Greater Westside Board of Trade is having its forum for the Okanagan Lake West-South Kelowna riding at Emmanuel Church from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 16.
The Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce is hosting an all candidates forum for Vernon-Lake Country-Monashee at the Vernon Performing Arts Centre from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 17.
The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce is having its forum at the Rotary Centre for the Arts from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on April 17, for candidates running in the Kelowna electoral district.
The Kamloops and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting a forum for both the Kamloops-Shuswap-Central Rockies and Kamloops-Thompson-Nicola electoral districts. The forums will be back-to-back online on April 22. The Kamloops-Shuswap-Central Rockies forum will start at 6 p.m. and the Kamloops-Thompson-Nicola forum will start at 7:30 p.m.
Polling
Most current polls show the Liberals ahead of the Conservatives by several points and the NDP a distant third.
For the latest polling, check out 338Canada. It uses a statistical model of electoral projections based on opinion polls, electoral history and demographic data.
Or check out the CBC News Poll Tracker. The Crown corporation says it uses every publicly available poll to come up with an average and weights the poll by sample size.
Voting
Elections Canada says over 130,000 people have already voted, more than twice the number of ballots casts at this point in the last federal elections.

Advanced voting takes place over the Easter long weekend from Friday April 18 to Monday, April 21.
Election day is Monday, April 28.
