VANCOUVER - Canada upsets top-ranked Spain to advance to the second round of Davis Cup World Group play for the first time. Milos Raonic of Thornhill, Ont., clinches the victory for Canada with 6-3, 6-4, 6-2 win over Guillermo Garcia-Lopez.
