VERNON - Telus and Vernon area residents have dialled in more support for the rail trail through the ‘Fibre for Good’ program, which is soon to be launched in Lake Country.
New customers who sign up for Optik TV can elect a local charity to receive a $25 donation from Telus. Last fall, 62 Vernon area families made the rail trail their charity of choice, resulting in a donation of $1550 from Telus.
